Teacher candidates undergo an extensive interview process that contributes to a high quality of instruction in the classroom. The faculty is committed to continuing education and regularly participates in conferences and workshops to improve their skills and techniques. They are dedicated, Christian teachers that share their faith and beliefs with the students and model their lifestyle to the community.
