Complete the Application- Please Print or Type. Return the application along with the application fee and all documents listed below to the Lutheran South Academy Admission office. Application and Registration fees are non-refundable unless the student is not accepted for enrollment.
Application Fee $50 (will be applied towards Registration Fee)
Priority Registration Fee $200 before February 1st, 2008
Regular Registration Fee $275 from February 1st - April 1st, 2008
Late Registration Fee $325 after April 1st
Recommendation Forms- Once the student's name and grade are entered, have a Math and Language Arts teacher from the student's current school complete the form, then submit the form directly to the LSA school office. Lower school applicants are required to have only one recommendation form completed.
Schedule Admissions/ Placement Testing- Test Dates 2008-2009:
Submit to Lutheran South Academy office:
A copy of the applicant's complete Immunization Records(PreK3-12)
A copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate (PreK3-5)
A copy of the applicant's Report Cards from the last 2 years (1-12)
A copy of the applicant's Standardized Test results from the last 2 years (2-12)
A copy of the applicant's Unofficial Transcript (10-12)
A copy of any Specialized Testing the applicant may have taken (PreK3-12)
When all of the above steps are completed, you will be contacted sometime after January 1st to schedule your Parent-Student Interview with the principal. Parent(S) and student are required to attend the interview.
You will be notified by the Director of Admissions concerning the student's acceptance.
